"A leader and professional networker is the one who has the ability to guide and at the same time is able to motivate team members, inspire respect and confidence and explain the power of the compensation plan".
But they should also have:
- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
I met Charly (Charlotte) 6 years ago when we worked together in our previous company, she leads by heart not by money. She leads out of her humanity and instincts, and let me tell you, her instincts are on point! Back in the days she organized an event in the Netherlands with a few other leaders and it was such a good event. She greeted everyone personally and did not let anyone Un noticed because she believes that every person is unique and every person should be handled the same. For her it does not matter if you are a starter or an experienced network marketeer she will always have the same respect for you as for the CEO. When you decide to start with her, you will not regret that. She WILL make sure you can get to the top IF you show you want to learn and be open to suggestions. Charly, i follow you where ever you go because i know i will never find another CEO like you again.

Charlotte is een warm en fijn persoon om mee samen te werken, ze ziet de mens achter het geld, ze zal de mens namelijk altijd voorop stellen. We zitten allemaal in de business om geld te verdienen maar Charlotte ziet het toch net wat anders dan anderen en dat maakt haar werkelijk een uniek persoon. Ze bouwt bijvoorbeeld van beneden naar boven zodat iedereen gelijke kansen heeft. Ook helpt ze je als je bijvoorbeeld wel mensen aan kan dragen maar niet kan leiden. Tevens doet ze dit voor sales als je niet kan verkopen maat wel kan leiden zal zij als ware leader, ervoor zorgen dat jij je maandelijkse pack kan kopen. Hoe? Door samen te werken met het hele team. Waar zie je dit nog? Nergens, en dat? Dat maakt dat Charlotte anders is dan anderen. Een oprechte, echte leader in Hart & Ziel.
Dank je wel Charlotte voor het feit dat je altijd achter je team staat en ze altijd helpt.
