- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
I have had a few interactions with coach laura Precourt. They have not been good experiences. After waiting for a response to my questions I found this coach to be unhelpful and seemed more like a sales pitch for my money. I was offered products I was not interested in and when I said I was looking for a different product that was not as expensive the coach became rude and dismissive. I was unable to get a clear answer on what products exactly did what. I have since was able to find a great coach who I adore and admire. My new coach has been great. Setting me up with a new plan that works for my lifestyle. I’m super happy with my products that my new business coach as set up for me. Long story short there are good coaches who care and some who are in it for a quick pay day. Take your time to find the right coach who is willing to take the time and answer your questions and build a regiment that works for you.
I found this coach to be very unhelpful, at times I felt she could be a bit rude. I felt more like a burden when asking questions on weight loss products. I understand I’m new to the products and had some questions on what products do exactly what but then again that is the coaches responsibility to walk and guide you and I did not feel that way. Instead of guiding me towards my goal it felt more to be short answers and a money grab. I will not be using this coach again in the future and do not recommend this coach. I did ultimately use another coach who I’m very satisfied with and will be using my new coach going forward in the future.
Laura is an incredibly knowledgeable, self-driven, and supportive individual who has a genuine passion for her work. Her enthusiasm is contagious and makes working with her a truly enjoyable experience. She is always prepared to answer any questions you may have and ensures that you feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. Additionally, Laura goes above and beyond to make sure you have a full understanding of your purchase, and she celebrates your successes along the way. I am grateful for people like Laura who make significant decisions easier and who maintain consistent communication to ensure you stay on track.
