I have known the Sardines for over a decade. As a matter of fact I was there when they met. I believe they're two of the most genuine, authentic, loyal, resilient, long enduring, dedicated, overcomers of trials, Loving and caring people I've ever met. I believe no one listen to how much you know until you show how much you care. Knowing them on a personal level first, I can attest to the fact they CARE. They care about uplifting humanity as the base of who they are first.

They've risen from many personal trials and obstacles like phoenix rising from the ashes. As a result, they present themselves from a place of personal victories to one where they are truly qualified to help others. They have been helping others through this and other ventures, from a place of true love.

I recommend them as Stewart's of what Love, success and passion looks like. To join them in ther venture towards healthy lifestyle is to elevate yourself as well.
