Surround yourself with people smarter than you. Surround yourself with God fearing and good natured people. Surround yourself with ambitious people. Surround yourself with leaders. Surround yourself with people that care about others. Surround yourself with people that are happy. I tell people that Randy Schroeder is my North star. I truly believe that to have Randy Schroeder in my life has positivley changed me in so many ways. I have built higher confidence in myself. I have learned how to be a better leader. I have rememberedhow fou it can be to be in a family type atmosphere where everyone shares the same goals and can gather together and actually have a grat time. If you do not know Randy Schroeder are not following him, I encourage you to do so. I hope it changes your life like it has changed mine.
