My leader is a person who constantly inspires me with his energy, determination and positive attitude. He is an example that when a person does things with passion and heart, success is inevitable. He is always willing to help, advise and support, whether at work or in personal growth. I appreciate his ability to motivate the team, create a friendly atmosphere and at the same time lead us to results. He has a clear vision, is able to convey it to others and excite us for common goals. I am grateful that I can be part of his team and learn from him every day.
