Since I have met Eva, she is the kind of leader I strive to be. She is always there when anyone needs her help. She has meetings every week to help us grow our business. She has setup a website for us that makes growing our business easier. Her goal and actions are to help us leaders learn how to become great leaders. What I love most about Eva is that she always has time for her team. If I call her for a three way call she has never made me feel like I am bothering her. She uses it as a tool to teach me how to overcome obstacles while doing three way calls so I can then do them with my team members.
