I am a member of the Travorium club and until recently I really believed that I was promoting a reliable and worthwhile product. But one incident changed everything. I sent my referral link to a person who used it to book a hotel in Amsterdam. Upon arrival at the hotel, it turned out that there was no reservation at all. Imagine: a new city, a long flight, and suddenly – no information about his stay.
After the investigation, it turned out that the reservation was cancelled through Expedia, although Travorium claims that it does not use them directly. Moreover, a certain intermediary site Save Travel surfaced, which no one ever warns about. I wrote to them – silence. I wrote to Travorium – also complete silence. No one responded, no one apologized. 440 euros simply disappeared.
If you are considering Travorium as a partnership or as a travel tool – be extremely careful. Personally, I can no longer confidently recommend this platform to either friends or clients. Lack of support and transparency is not what an international travel club should offer.
