I have found Michelle to go over and beyond her station! She is very patient and understanding towards not only myself but also everybody else.
She has a unique ability to boost confidence and inspire others to improve and her guidance has been invaluable in my personal growth as well.
Her constructive feedback has helped me improve my skills and performance and that is why I have now got to Platinum twice! I also love her training and always make sure to take notes so that I can look back and take heed.
