This large-scale event brought together 300 top Associates on board and turned into a true embodiment of success, luxury, and inspiration.

Our journey set sail from China and took us across the scenic beauty of Asia.

We explored technologically advanced South Korea and mystical Japan, a land where tradition is held sacred. Every port was a new discovery, every day — a story worth telling. A special highlight was the visit to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine in Japan, where leaders immersed themselves in ancient history and found peace amid nature’s serenity. The day culminated in a Japanese gourmet lunch — freshly caught fish, exquisite flavors, and a true celebration of local cuisine. It was a culinary fireworks show to remember.

Our floating home — Royal Caribbean’s Spectrum of the Seas — left everyone in awe. This magnificent liner impressed us with its sheer size, design, and endless entertainment options. From attractions and pools to spectacular shows, every corner radiated an atmosphere of celebration and joy. We soaked in the ocean’s energy, enjoyed meaningful conversations, and felt like part of something truly grand and world-class.

The agenda for APLGO Associates was carefully curated to combine business, celebration, and personal growth — and every detail mattered. We were the very first audience to see a brand-new anniversary film about the Company — even before its official release. Watching it together on the big screen became a unifying, emotional moment for everyone on board.

The “Cultural Code” Party showcased APLGO’s deep respect for global traditions and diversity. Bright costumes, creativity, and an atmosphere of intercultural unity made the evening absolutely unforgettable. For APLGO leaders, this cruise was also a powerful working session. Every day, the Company President personally connected with teams, shared insights, and supported their growth. The most proactive Associates even signed new contracts right on board.
