The Code + XTERA Host Successful LATAM Corporate City Tour

The Code Executive Team

According to a recent press release:

From October 28 to November 1, 2025, the LATAM Corporate City Tour brought together passionate members, leaders, and mentors from across the region. Hosted by Daniel Mueller (CCO, XTERA), Michael Turner (CEO, The Code), and Steve Mitchell (COO, The Code), the event marked another milestone in the partnership between The Code and XTERA, two platforms shaping a new standard for collaboration and mentorship.

After the success of their previous gathering, the team returned to Latin America for a second tour that proved even more remarkable. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, connection, and purpose. The journey covered three vibrant cities, Bogotá, Cúcuta, and Medellín, each with its own energy and growing communities.

Building Momentum across LATAM

The first stop of the tour took place on October 28th in Bogotá, a city that has become a central hub for growth in the region. Attendees gathered to hear from The Code and XTERA leadership as they shared updates, insights, and stories of progress.

The event focused on clarity, consistency, and community, the three pillars that continue to guide both organizations in empowering individuals through structured mentorship and a supportive ecosystem.

The Code Leadership Event

Two days later, on October 30th, the team arrived in Cúcuta, where hundreds joined to connect, learn, and share experiences. The sense of togetherness was visible in every conversation.

People from different backgrounds came with one goal: to learn how structure and daily rhythm can turn potential into progress.

The final stop was in Medellín on November 1, where the crowd’s energy reached its peak. Leaders celebrated the progress made during the tour and spoke about how LATAM remains one of the most inspiring regions for The Code and XTERA. For many, Medellín symbolized a moment of reflection, a point where effort met recognition, and new momentum began.

Three Days of Growth, Two Days of Celebration

The LATAM Corporate City Tour was designed to be more than an event; it was a shared experience of learning, leadership, and recognition. Over three days, participants joined talks, sessions, and meetups to gain deeper insights into the importance of consistency and clarity in personal and professional growth.

Following these three days, an exclusive two-day Sapphire Trip celebrated members who had shown outstanding commitment and growth. The Sapphire experience was about reflection and appreciation, giving members a chance to connect with mentors and leaders in a relaxed, inspiring setting.

The trip symbolized what both The Code and XTERA value most: recognizing dedication and creating space for continuous learning and leadership development. Every story, conversation, and connection formed during these five days reflected the essence of both platforms: growth through mentorship and unity.

Leaders Who Inspire Action

Throughout the tour, Daniel Mueller, Michael Turner, and Steve Michell led from the front. Their presence brought clarity to The Code + XTERA’s shared mission: to create a supportive environment where members can learn, build structure in their journey, and lead with confidence.

Michael Turner, CEO of The Code, spoke about the importance of mentorship and community. His message emphasized that leadership starts with personal growth, learning to lead oneself before guiding others.

Steve Mitchell, COO of The Code, shared insights on how structure and daily rhythm help individuals maintain momentum even during challenging times.

Daniel Mueller, CCO of XTERA, highlighted how the partnership between the Code and XTERA continues to bring new opportunities for collaboration, learning, and progress in the LATAM region.

Their combined leadership has played a central role in shaping a platform where people come together, not just to learn, but to lead, with purpose and clarity.

LATAM: A Region of Vision and Energy

Latin America holds a special place in the journey of The Code and XTERA. The passion, enthusiasm, and openness of the community have inspired continuous engagement and growth across multiple cities. The LATAM Corporate City Tour was a clear reflection of that, a celebration of collaboration, mentorship, and shared vision.

Each event showed that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s built through consistent effort, daily rhythm, and support from a like-minded community. The Code and XTERA teams continue to see this spirit as the foundation of everything they do.

Looking Ahead

The success of the LATAM Corporate City Tour marks only the beginning of what’s next for The Code and XTERA in Latin America. More events, learning sessions, and leadership initiatives are already in motion, all with one goal: to create a stronger, more connected community driven by mentorship and purpose.

The team believes that when people have structure, support, and a shared vision, extraordinary things can happen. The LATAM Corporate City Tour was proof of that belief, a reminder that progress grows best in a community.

As the tour ended in Medellín, one thing became clear: this movement is just getting started. The energy, the clarity, and the leadership that emerged from these five days will continue to inspire new members across the region.
