Oriflame’s Top Scents Initiative Is Championing Next Generation of Perfumers

Oriflame, the beauty and wellbeing company, has teamed up with Givaudan Perfumery School to develop a collection of niche fragrances created by seven up-and-coming perfumers to support emerging creative entrepreneurs in the perfume space. 

Oriflame, the beauty and wellbeing company, has teamed up with Givaudan Perfumery School to create Top Scents, an initiative aimed at spotlighting the next generation of perfumery talent.

The project has brought together seven up-and-coming perfumers from Japan, Poland, France, Italy, America, South Africa and Brazil, who have worked together to create a range of six niche fragrances.

The first two fragrances to launch include Rose Mode, a modern floral-woody scent enriched with Givaudan’s exclusive musk captives. Neon Oud, meanwhile, is a bold woody-ambery composition that reimagines oud through unexpected contrasts of fruits and smoke.


The Cosmetics Business Innovation Awards aim to recognise breakthroughs across the entire beauty supply chain, from raw materials to packaging.

With transparent judging and expert commentary, the programme offers rare insight into what true innovation looks like today. 


The initiative reflects Oriflame’s commitment to supporting emerging creative entrepreneurs, while making niche perfumery more accessible, Anna Malmhake, Oriflame’s CEO, told Cosmetics Business.
