Top Leader Dr. Stephanie Rimka Joins MWR Life
Top Leader Dr. Stephanie Rimka Joins MWR Life, Building Her Next Chapter Around Health, Freedom, and Belonging.
Dr. Stephanie Rimka has officially joined MWR Life as a Lifestyle Ambassador, bringing an established network marketing track record and over three decades in health, education, and wellness to the global travel and lifestyle company.
Business For Home readers may already know her name. Dr. Rimka was profiled here in December 2024, covering both her standing in the profession and her perspective and the personal story behind her drive to build.
For Rimka, though, this decision started with a much more personal question: What did she actually want her life to look like?
A Next Chapter Built Around How She Wants to Live
“I used to be building a business that let me take my laptop anywhere,”
Rimka said.
“Now I’m building a life where I can occasionally leave it behind.”
That distinction captures much of what drew her to MWR Life.
For more than three decades, Rimka’s work has centered around helping people reclaim their health. Her career began inside a Michigan psychiatric hospital and eventually expanded into brain health, nervous system regulation, neurofeedback, functional medicine, trauma, peptides, longevity, and complex chronic conditions.
But after several years marked by profound personal loss and change, the question she was asking began to expand.
Health still mattered. But so did what people were healthy enough to actually do with their lives.
That shift has increasingly shaped her work around three ideas: health, freedom and belonging, and a larger mission she describes simply as helping people become fully alive.
Rimka is a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Board Certified Neurofeedback Therapist through the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance, a founding faculty member of My Peptide University, and the author of Receive: The Dance of Feminine Power. She also joined Eric Worre for a two-hour episode of The Excellence Project covering her healthcare work, life, and network marketing business.
By the time MWR Life reached her, Rimka says she was weighing far more than compensation or another product line. She was looking at whether a company fit the life she wanted to create.
“I had a list,”
Rimka said.
“Ownership I could respect. Leadership I would follow. A culture that puts people ahead of volume. And a product I would use whether or not I ever got paid. MWR Life was the first company in a long time that checked every box.”
The instinct to protect the people who follow her traces back to Detroit, where Rimka watched her mother struggle with poverty.
“If my mom had met me, I would’ve helped her turn herself into a millionaire,”
she told Business For Home in 2024.
A More Deliberate Decision
Rimka took months before she signed. She examined the company data, the founder, the travel platform, the compensation model and the field already building it.
Her criteria have changed over the years.
“The product may bring people through the door,”
Rimka said.
“Leadership determines what happens after they arrive.”
That scrutiny was welcomed by MWR Life Founder and CEO Yoni Ashurov.
“Stephanie asked harder questions than most, and she asked them of the right people,”
Ashurov said.
“We respect leaders who do their homework. She brings real credibility and a genuine commitment to the field, and we are glad to have her building with us.”
Rimka says her caution reflects something she sees happening across the broader network marketing profession.
“I think people are evaluating opportunities differently than they did a few years ago,”
she said.
“A lot of very good people have been through difficult transitions, unexpected changes, and disappointment. That makes people more careful, and I think that is healthy.”
After years in product-driven companies, the digital membership model was also part of the draw.
“There is something very different about offering people access to experiences they already want, without inventory, shipping or another consumable product competing for space in their lives,”
Rimka said.
“That simplicity mattered to me.”
Where Travel, Wellness and a Richer Life Meet
Travel also carries deeply personal meaning for Rimka.
After spending much of her professional life focused on what helps people heal, she has become increasingly interested in what happens after people begin feeling better.
What are we getting healthy for?
What are we building financial freedom for?
What do we want enough time, energy and freedom to actually experience?
For Rimka, those questions are increasingly connected.
“I have spent my career handing people protocols,” she said. “Travel reaches something a protocol cannot. It nourishes the soul, puts you around other people, and gives you back to yourself. That is what travel has done for me.”
That philosophy is also what makes MWR Life’s Life Experiences particularly interesting to her.
“The Life Experiences are where this gets really interesting for me,” Rimka said. “Experiences designed around wellness, around biohacking, around people actually restoring themselves while they travel. That is the intersection I have been waiting my whole career for.”
Her professional community already spans clinicians, wellness educators, entrepreneurs, and the longevity and human performance world, an audience that aligns naturally with what the company is building.
But there was another part of the decision that could not be evaluated through numbers, compensation plans or product demonstrations: belonging.
“Every company will tell you they have a culture,”
Rimka said.
“Very few of them have people who actually spend time together. That was the difference, and it was the one thing I couldn’t have assessed from a spreadsheet.”

A Carefully Vetted Move
Donna Valdes, the MWR Life leader who introduced Rimka to the company, watched that process unfold.
“Stephanie vetted this harder than anyone I have ever personally enrolled,”
Valdes said.
“I respected that because leaders at her level understand their decision affects the people who trust them. That kind of due diligence protects everyone who may come in behind her.”
Her arrival adds another established name to MWR Life’s North American expansion, which officially launched in March 2026. The next major gathering, Elevation North America 2026, is scheduled for November 14 and 15 in Orlando, Florida.
For Rimka, however, the move represents something larger than joining another company.
It’s part of a broader evolution in how she thinks about work, health, freedom and what makes a life feel rich.
For years, the question driving her career was:
How do we help people heal?
Today, there is another question sitting beside it:
What are we healing for?
Her answer increasingly comes back to the same things: enough health to participate fully in your life, enough freedom to choose how you spend it, and enough belonging to have people with whom to share it.
Her work has always been about helping people change how they feel and function.
What comes next adds where they go, what they experience, and who they go with.
And this time, Rimka would like to leave the laptop behind once in a while.
