Alternately, you may opt to upload your (redacted) Form 1099 from your company, or equivalent official document; or a signed declaration of earnings from a licensed professional (e.g., CPA, Attorney).

Your information is considered highly confidential. We NEVER, EVER share our sources; this Top Earners Form is an effective way for BFH to verify and keep track of all the information we receive as documentation.
