Rob Roder has been a stable and profound leader and continues to elevate his team members to a higher standard among themselves and for their own betterment.

He has been consistent in leading the pack with his dedication to the business at hand and his faithfulness in always showing up not only when asked to but because he knows and understands it has to be so.

Rob is approachable and able to listen to your ideas as well as give direction to those activities that gets you to where you need to be.

Finally, while Rob has been active in the industry for several years and is older now, he has not lost any steam. He is not faint of heart but willfully takes up the challenge. He leads by example and will teach you to do the same.

Rob uses effective communication, he is a man of vision, provides balance and notes the opinions and views of team members.
