Highly recommend great product. Easy to drink with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. No cramping or irration to the stomach like most teas. Helps with bloating Introducing this product to my daughter to see how it will work for her. Hopefully this will hekp with her weight loss journey. AZffordable as well. Boil and brew your tea and your all set to go! Happy I'm able to find a product that works for me. Don't hesitate to try. You will not be disappointed.
