Review by Zulfia on InCruises (inGroup)

This company is a complete waste of time and energy.
The Board of Directors, regional managers, and other high-ranking officials within the Russian, Ukrainian, and Kazakh teams—specifically those involving Shevela, Chystova, Shaimardanova, and others—are engaged in kickback schemes. Here, the only driving forces are money and a complete lack of ethics.
Within certain teams, there exist informal agreements designed to preserve specific ranks, qualifications, and bonuses. New partners joining the club from underperforming structures are frequently transferred by their upline leaders to other structures—a process involving the movement of vast sums of money. For years, the company has failed to respond to reports regarding these practices, instead choosing to shield its top-tier leaders; this raises serious questions about the transparency of the entire system.
Newcomers join with the intention of building an organization, investing their time and effort, only to discover that one set of rules applies to ordinary members, while an entirely different set applies to those at the very top of the organizational structure.
Trust cannot be sustained without transparency, and the long-term success of any company ultimately depends on the extent to which its rules are applied equally to all participants.
