Snyder to Guide Healing Hands Foundation’s Next Chapter of Global Impact.

PLEASANT GROVE, Utah – dōTERRA announced Emily Snyder has been named President and Executive Director of the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation, where she will lead the foundation’s global work in education, health, and crisis relief.

Snyder brings a blend of operational discipline and mission-driven leadership to the role. She most recently served as Chief of Staff at Degreed and previously held a senior product and audience engagement role with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Before that, she served as Chief of Staff at Magnolia, the lifestyle brand founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines, advising the founders on organizational design, executive team structure, and carrying the heart of the brand throughout the company.

Snyder holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Throughout her career, Snyder worked professionally with and was mentored by thought leader, author/professor and disruptive innovator Clayton Christensen.
