Every Monday Matters: How ByDzyne’s Mind Movers Is Building the Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
In an industry where momentum can change quickly, ByDzyne believes one of the most powerful tools for long-term growth is also one of the simplest: consistency.
Every Monday at 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Brand Ambassadors from across the globe come together live online for Mind Movers, ByDzyne’s flagship weekly training and connection platform. For participants in countries such as Ecuador and Colombia, the event currently begins at 9:00 PM local time, bringing entrepreneurs across borders into the same virtual room with one common goal: to keep learning, connecting, and moving forward.
But what has made Mind Movers an important part of ByDzyne’s culture isn’t simply that it happens every week. It’s who is in the room, who is teaching, and what happens next.
Week after week, for five years running, the live series puts developing entrepreneurs in direct contact with people who have already walked the road ahead of them. Presenters have included industry legends and ByDzyne Co-Founders Nat and Chanida Puranaputra, Chad and Nattida Chong, company executives, product specialists, top field leaders, and renowned network marketing leaders such as 2-Star Crown Gustavo Salinas and Crown Marcell Rodriguez, along with many of ByDzyne’s rising leaders from around the world.
The training itself is intentionally dynamic. One week may focus on leadership and personal development, while another may dive into business-building strategies, products, promotions, market developments, or lessons from leaders currently producing results in the field. The goal is not simply to provide information, but to give Brand Ambassadors relevant education and practical insights they can take back to their businesses immediately.
The topics change. The voices change. The needs of the field change. But Monday night remains.
“Great companies don’t just find leaders. They develop them,”
said Chad Chong, Co-Founder and Chief of Corporate Strategy at ByDzyne.
“Mind Movers gives us the ability to take the experience and knowledge of people who have already achieved at a high level and put it directly in front of someone who may be just getting started. When that happens consistently, week after week, you begin creating a culture where leaders develop other leaders.”
That consistency may be especially important in an industry built around independent entrepreneurship.
Starting a business can be exciting, but the days and weeks after that initial excitement are often where the real work begins. New Brand Ambassadors need somewhere to go. They need to understand what’s happening, learn from people who are producing results, celebrate progress, ask better questions, and perhaps most importantly, realize they aren’t building alone.
Mind Movers was designed to provide that weekly touchpoint.
Alongside its featured training, each Monday brings company and market updates, field recognition, business education, product knowledge, leadership development, motivational guidance, and a place for Brand Ambassadors at every stage of their journey to reconnect with the larger ByDzyne community.
For a new entrepreneur, that means there is no need to wait weeks for the next major convention or training event to begin getting plugged in. From their first days in the business, there is a consistent place to connect with the larger community, hear directly from experienced leaders, learn what is happening within the company, and begin developing the skills needed to grow.
And then, there is another opportunity to learn the following Monday.
For experienced leaders, Mind Movers offers something equally important: the opportunity to teach.
Rather than keeping knowledge concentrated at the top, ByDzyne has increasingly used the platform to give proven field leaders a voice, allowing them to share strategies, experiences, and lessons they are learning in real time with the next generation coming behind them.
“Some of the most powerful moments happen when someone sees a leader they relate to sharing what they’ve learned and suddenly thinks, ‘Maybe I can do this too,”
said Nattida Chong, Co-Founder and Chief of Creative Strategy at ByDzyne.
“Mind Movers is about education, but it’s also about connection. We want people to feel that from the moment they join ByDzyne, there is a community here that wants to see them learn, grow, and eventually become the person who is helping someone else grow.”
That model of mentorship fits into a larger strategy at ByDzyne. The company’s approach combines a diverse portfolio of products and services with the ongoing development and mentoring of leaders to become true entrepreneurs. And as ByDzyne continues reaching markets around the world, creating a training culture that can cross borders without losing consistency has become increasingly valuable.
Technology makes that possible.
A Brand Ambassador in South America, a developing leader in Europe, and an entrepreneur in Asia can hear the same message, recognize the same achievements, and learn from the same leader on the same night. Geography becomes less of a barrier to mentorship and community.
And while the digital format makes Mind Movers scalable, ByDzyne believes the human element is what keeps it meaningful.
There is always another topic to teach, another leader with a story to share, another accomplishment to recognize, and another new Brand Ambassador logging in for the first time.
That may ultimately be the bigger story behind Mind Movers.
It isn’t one extraordinary Monday night.
It’s hundreds of ordinary Monday nights, consistently creating opportunities for people to learn from one another, stay connected, sharpen their skills, and take another step forward.
Because businesses may be built through products, strategies, and opportunities, but sustainable organizations are built when people continue developing people.
At ByDzyne, that work happens every Monday.
