Jim Murphy has devoted much of his career to understanding the mental and emotional principles behind extraordinary performance.

A former professional baseball player in the Chicago Cubs organization, Murphy subsequently coached with the Texas Rangers and South Africa’s Olympic baseball team, and has worked with elite athletes, executives, and high achievers.
