Do NOT work for or buy from Reach Solar. My wife and I were top producers who built their entire training system, only to be scammed out of nearly $100,000 in commissions. Leadership (Joseph Valenzuela, Mike Feddik, Dale Guiducci, John Busch, Rick Cotton) are complicit in wage theft, adding fake fees to steal earnings. They retaliated by firing my wife to steal her overrides and canceled commissions on their own family members' homes to pocket the difference.
They also promise customers "free vacations" that are fake/unredeemable. I have a full evidence file proving the theft and fraud. Do not trust them.

I have worked in the Solar Industry for over 25 years. My interview with one of their representatives has been horrific! They do not want to sell solar to homeowners that are in need. They are only interested in sales representatives that can provide them with leads. This may be a productive business discussion, however Solar for me has been to give back to the community. Not the bottom line, if they truly want to be the "caretaker of the family", they would never ask an employee to submit an electric bill before hire. I have worked with several finance companies and Solar installers that are willing to work with the homeowner to lower electrical bills. I have known several Solar Companies that have placed roofs on homeowners home, upgraded their electrical panel and reseed their grass due to a trench. Reach Solar is only out for one goal, money in their pocket, not your best interest!

I have been with REACH Solar since January of 2024. I have found this company to be innovative, supportive, and responsive to suggestions from the field. REACH Solar is still in the start up stage so there have been changes and enhancements along the way. However, I feel that the company has something very special and continues to make it better. In response to the previous review, I don't believe Mr. Angelos looked very hard for online videos about REACH Solar as there are many. I do agree with him as I don't like to talk to people inquiring about REACH Solar until they have seen a company overview video.
