Gerhard usually is available 24/7 (does he ever sleep?), his coments always gives you the security, that it brings you further in your own personal develepment. 2. He is a real expert in micronutrition and this was very important for me for starting in his team. 3. He lives what he is saying in sense of sports, attitude, and leadership. He would drive from Switherland, where her currently lives without any thinking to support his teammembers.
