- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
Helen introduced me to these patches a few months ago. I must say I didn’t think they would work at first. I definitely find benefit in several of these patches that I use now. Helen did the balance test on me and I was blown away, and I knew then that these patches would be beneficial for my elderly family members.
I wear the liberty patch every day pretty much, especially in the winter here in Canada. We have so much snow and ice around that I feel I have extra security, knowing that with this patch on, I’m going to catch myself before I slip and fall.

Helen did a balance test on me, and it blew my mind. The technology is amazing. Helen is very knowledgable, and professional and she has a great way of explaining things and answering my questions. She’s always super helpful and great support for me as I share this with my family and friends to build my own business with these patches.
I have used several of these patches now focussing on different areas. I can honestly say that I don’t have a favourite patch at this point, because there’s a few that I think I use regularly, but I must say that I do like the REM patch fir a good nights sleep… I use the liberty patch for sure, and the victory patch for game day lol.
