Larysa Skovorynska
Business For Home defines a leader and a professional networker in Direct Sales as follows:
"A leader and professional networker is the one who has the ability to guide and at the same time is able to motivate team members, inspire respect and confidence and explain the power of the compensation plan".
But they should also have:
- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
My experience working with Larysa Skovorynska left me disappointed.
When I was involved in Travorium, Larysa was our sponsor and team leader. Many people trusted her, followed her guidance, and built their businesses within her organization.
Later, she left the company and moved to MWRLIFE. I respect everyone's right to choose their own path, but what disappointed me was that neither I nor many people in her team were informed about this decision. We only found out months later.
In my opinion, a leader has a responsibility not only to their own success but also to the people who trusted them. When major changes happen, partners deserve honest and open communication.
As a result, the team fell apart, and many people were left to figure things out on their own. This review is not about changing companies. It is about leadership, responsibility, and respect for people.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend her as a sponsor, because, in my opinion, she pursues only her own financial interests and shows a lack of respect toward people and the team.
I met Larisa at another company before she introduced me to MWR Life, and we began building the business together. At the time, I had very little experience in network marketing, but Larisa guided me step by step and helped me develop the mindset and skills needed to succeed.
Within just 14 months, I reached the rank of Emerald Ambassador, generating around $10,000 per month. Throughout the journey, Larisa consistently supported me and my team through every challenge. She is an outstanding leader, communicator, and problem solver who truly cares about helping others grow.
What stands out most is her leadership by example, strong work ethic, and dedication to her team’s success. She creates a positive and motivating environment where people feel supported and inspired.
I’m very grateful for her mentorship and highly recommend Larisa Scovorinska to anyone looking for a trustworthy leader and mentor in this industry.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend joining this person's team.
Over time, I have developed serious concerns about the ethics, leadership style, and overall treatment of team members within this organization. I have spoken with multiple current and former members who expressed similar concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and the way people are treated when it comes to team building and organizational growth.
Trust is one of the most important foundations of any business relationship. When the same concerns continue to surface from different people over an extended period of time, it raises legitimate questions about leadership practices and the culture being created within the organization.
Everyone should do their own research before joining any team. I strongly encourage prospective members to speak with both current and former team members, ask difficult questions, and make an informed decision based on a complete picture rather than promotional presentations alone.
In my opinion, long-term success is built on integrity, transparency, and respect for people—not simply on rank advancement, bonuses, or financial results.
