My husband and I have known Mr. Jericho Orlina for almost 3 months now by joining BE company. The respect that we have for him is really high despite his age of being younger than us. He has this unyielding courage to attain such level of work. He always listens for suggestions and accepts what would make an improvement. I'm not really sure if he still sleeps because in the span of those months that we joined the company, he always surprises us with things that he has done or accomplished for the team and not just for himself. He always say that no matter what other people would say about the company, he will stay because we know how legal it is and the compensation really works for the whole team when you put the right effort on what target you would want to accomplish. We achieved our goal already in the first month and would want to achieve more in the long run. Of course with the guidance of a mentor like Mr. Jericho Orlina has, it is really achievable.
