I've worked with James for several years! He is extremely passionate in what he does and sincerely cares about people! He is a born leader who inspires others and builds confidence in everyone he meets! This guy is solid and very dependable! James is very talented and knows the right buttons to push to keep his team highly motivated in a effort to get his team members to the next level. James always leads by example and will go out his way to make sure all his team members have everything they need to succeed! His work ethic is impeccable! He gets up early every day and doesn't close out his days work until he achieves his personal and team goals for the day!
