im a real consumer-i am in lov with this product i am truely happy and i reconmend it to anyone that wants a wants to see real results with in the first few days of just using it it really depends on the person because each person is differentand unique and the adaptogens adapts to ones needs in adaptions. i a;lways say dont knock it out till you try it and really change what you do in a normal bsis no one can heal if they keep doing the same things that got them sick in the first place.
