I'm following Gareth from afar, since I'm new to the business, but he keeps surprising me with his enigmatic energy, enthusiasm and belief in what he's doing. He's very approachable with the smallest of questions and seems to genuinely care for everyone who gets involved, either with small or big contributions. He tries to uplift everybody and creates a wide range of opportunities and challenges mto step into self-development. He eagerly shares knowledge, friendship and resources and feels like a person every individual would cherish as a friend. He embraces and celebrates life to the full, and thus sets an inspiring example to us all! I definitely look forward to meeting him in person as soon as circumstances allow.
