I am very happy that Ulrike is our great leader. She has a lot of patience with people like me who are new to the industry and need to learn how this industry works. She motivates people to follow their dreams and not give up easily. She is always there for anyone who needs help and not just for her own team. And she really cares about other people and their health.

I feel very lucky that she crossed my path and really supports me to achieve my goal and dreams. Together with her I hope to positively influence many lives.

In short, in my opinion she has already had a huge impact on the lives of many.
