I’ve had the chance to meet Gareth on a number of occasions through the business and over time I’ve come to consider him a good friend as well as a great leader.

What stands out with Gareth is how much he genuinely shows up for his team. He’s constantly organising events, training calls and sharing materials to help people develop and get the most out of the opportunity.

He leads from the front, puts real effort into supporting the team and creates an environment where people feel encouraged to grow and succeed.

Grateful to be building within a team led by someone who actually cares about the people in it.
