Jill’s zone of genius is leadership. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of leaders over the years, through various careers and opportunities , and Jill’s leadership capabilities are second to none. She is a master of her own vision and has the capacity to help others develop and realize their own vision. Her open communication style and ability to create community, serve her team, driving them towards both individual development and growth as well as team growth and scale. Jill’s approach allows everyone on her team to feel a strong sense of belonging, without ever losing their own autonomy.
