Doug is a true leader with the wisdom to guide his team to reach higher levels. One of his greatest skills is to help you raise your own thinking of what is possible in sales and income. Doug never puts other down, but rather walks alongside you. He does give you that nudge to not allow your own excuses to get in the way of what your goal was. There's a fine line between pushing someone to reach their goals and understanding that the person must first "believe" that they can achieve it themselves. Doug has helped me tremendously in this way. Doug is also a big time company team player. He has a unique ability to see trends and patterns that can help shape the trajectory of the future. He puts integrity first in all situations. He also NEVER takes "no" for an answer. Buckle up, because working with Doug will always be a challenge but never a burden. I consider myself incredibly blessed by knowing and getting to work with Doug.
