I was introduced to Bravenly in April 2023. Sampled the product and felt amazing! Since that time, I have developed a regime incorporating the products along aside a meal plan. I am down 21lbs. The best part is I feel Great! The products have helped me to control and suppress my appetite when needed. They have helped clean up my Gut health, getting rid of the inflammation and bloat feelings. I feel so energized, focused and no brain fog!
