Review by Kim Turnbo on Harlan Hall

I joined Travorium, January 2025, after viewing a very high energy Zoom presentation, done by Chris Bailey and Harlan Hall. Their dynamic dual chemistry was quite infectious. As they so eloquently explained with passion, the benefits of having a Travorium Travel Club membership. They then shared an optional offer of becoming a Partner. And that with this “turnkey“ opportunity, you would “be in business for yourself, but definitely not by yourself!” I have found that statement to be TRUE! Harlan leads the DMV Team W.E. with strong leadership skills, through his actions of example. Demonstrating an open door policy of being approachable and available to assist with any questions/concerns, while offering sound advice. Harlan not only talks the talk, but walks the walk! Checking off all the boxes of good leadership skills: being an effective communicator, a good listener, motivational, inspirational, and that of of a Visionary! His vision of our team having 500 Ambassadors in five years is ambitious, but yet achievable, through his training sessions and laid out strategies. And with that, I have no doubt that our W.E. Team will reach this goal with SUCCESS!
