Ulrike is the best team leader because she know how to build a team and finding solution.
Especially she really good to motivate the others and her spirit is amazing.
She is one of the great leader ever.
I am from Bali and will never forget all the thing she do to motivate me and all this really sincerely.
She never give up on any situation, that's why she is the perfect leader and will never change I am sure.
She is really creative and well communication to help the team grow.
That she also really open to the others if we as a team find new problem this also really important to build team character which only she who knows how to solved.
I was been stuck and almost give up but she always come with 1000 reason to continue and empowering again.
