Ulrike is a great lady with a great heart, I have great respect for Ulrike. Is team builder and bring people together and motivate everyone to one team. She makes no distinction between who you are, she brings the best of you ! Failure is not in her dictionary ! And a NO ,don't accept them ! She does not put on her team but makes the business a joy in our live 's ! I'm very happy that I can working with Ulrike. have a lot of patience with people like me. Who are new to the industry and need to learn how this industry works
