I'd like to share my past experience. When DreamTrips was operating under MyDailyChoice (MDC), members were promised cruise vouchers and assured that all accumulated points would be honored or carried over. These promises were made openly during presentations, events, and official communications.
In reality, the opposite occurred. All accumulated points were wiped out, the promised cruise vouchers were never issued, and when members were transitioned into the new DreamTrips program, there was no proper notification or advance warning that people were losing everything they had earned over months and even years.
There was no clear notice, no official explanation, no compensation, and no respect shown toward loyal members. People were informed only after the fact.
It felt as though loyalty and continued participation were encouraged based on specific promises that were later quietly abandoned without accountability. Individuals leading these presentations, including Mark Smith and Tammy Smith, continued promoting the program while avoiding responsibility for members’ losses.
This experience seriously undermines trust in the brand and shows that corporate interests ultimately outweighed commitments to members.
