Ms Goldsby is a True Boss Lady that strives off her team winning !!! She sets such a positive example that others want to follow her guidance and allow others to see the examples set!!!
Winning is more than dollars and paychecks, winning is personal growth and winning is bettering yourself. Winning is showing others how to accomplish those set above listed items.
Additionally CG teaches us those values and how to incorporate these ideas into every day life personally and professionally.
