During sales conversations, don't hesitate to express how you feel. For example: If you're trying to convince a prospect to buy something and you sense they're disinterested, don't just move on. Warn him. You can say something like: "It sounds like you're not interested in this offer." If he says "yes," you can be supportive by asking, "Why aren't you interested?"

When it comes to making sales, start thinking like a doctor. You don't just get prescribed medication when you visit a hospital, do you? They first ask you questions to deeply understand your challenge before possibly offering you a medication that might help. You should do the same thing when it comes to sales.
