What an amazing oppportunity with this visionary leader, Bob Reimer. He has hit the nail on the head with what the industry has been missing all these years .. a simple easy to understand and implement compensation structure that is fair to all distributors regardless of their entry level price points. Thats how all compensations should be rewarding distrubutors for their hardwork fairly and equally and not based on artificially forcing highly level purchases to qualify for higjwr level commissions .. If the product or service is good and worth its price people will naturally upgrade and consume more because they want to and not because they have to!!!. Kudos to Bob for recognising these principles when formulating his compensation structure .
