I have only know Gareth for 6 months but i am incredibly impressed by his leadership skills. I was involved with a similar business model prior to meeting Gareth and he has taught me how being a strong leader makes a massive difference to business growth. Gareth leads the team from the front. He puts more hours in than anyone and travels the country supporting us all. His leadership style is confident but compassionate, with a genuine warmth and desire for everyone to succeed.
