Based on the input of the Direct Selling Facebook community, (check this link for the facebook discussion) and other sources this are the Top Direct Selling Mentors. Active leaders who are the best coaches in the world of Direct Selling. One of the guidelines we had: Is a mentor willing to do 3 way calls?

This Top 100 mentors do not have to be the top earners in the company, and it are Ambassadors of the Direct Selling industry. We are listing 2 mentors per company – opportunity, there are definitely in every company more great mentors present.

If you are enrolled or mentored by one of them, you maximize YOUR business opportunity. The list is not a rank but sorted on name.

    But wait… Since a mentor is someone who’s helping others, making them successful and creating tools to facilitate other successes, it looks like you’ve forgot someone!

    Have you ever heard talking about Ted Nuyten?

    He’s from The netherlands, he’s founder of a the 1st European Direct Selling Congress and he’s also founder of a great website offering tips, insiders and great content. I mean… This dutch guy MUST be on this list too!

  4. HI Ted, I have to add Sam and Kim Bean to this list. Not only are they willing to do three-way calls but also Kim Bean has received the ‘Servant Leader’ award for our entire organisation. They take Leadership to another level!
    Sam Bean took thirty days out of his diary, the first time ever leaving his wife and young son for that length of time, to fly to the UK and committed to personally mentor the Organo Gold Leadership team in the UK. He did that out of his own pocket, and continues to support us all from the USA. Under their leadership we have excelled much faster than projected within Organo Gold. I wish all four of my personal mentors and sponsors could get a spot on this list – special thank you to Mr Johnnie Green, Mr Sam Bean, Mr Edwin Haynes and Mr Holton Buggs – They give so much more than they take away.   6. I have to nominate J Michael Palka. He’s been around the industry for over 30 years. He’s actually in my organization of a new start-up company, HealthNation. He develops and shares information for the betterment of all, not just his organization. He’s done a tremendous job of recruiting leaders in a very short time. The only way I am on this list is thank to the incredible mentorship I have received from the CEO of GWT industry legend Ramin Mesgarlou and the amazing Executive team of GWT plus having the Top Earner of GWT Mr. Reza Mesgarlou as my personal mentor.   11. Rob Moffitt with DrinkACT has shown me the way back to MLM. I left for several years disappointed and discouraged. Rob Moffitt showed me the light by being a great mentor and leader. Rob has always given me what I have needed, especially his time, he does not care if I have one interested person or a room full, Rob is always there no matter what time of day it is, I have asked him to be on calls on the other side of the world in the middle of the night. He has always done it willing and even has more energy than I do to help me build my team. Rob is the real deal and knows that if he makes me successful it makes him successful.

    This list is weak at best… while all listed are good people they hardly represent the two best mentors in their respective companies… at best this is a subjective list and at worst misleading. Just my point of view after 35 great years in the industry.

  30. Calvin Becerra, Black Diamond, is an excellent Leader in Monavie and has tremendous leadership skills and it has proven successful in building teams in every country Monavie has. He attracts the best and brightest leaders.

After being in the Direct Selling industry for almost 20 years I have recently came in contact with, and have the privilege to work close with Domonic Mongello, Founder and CEO of EcoEcoNow.org Domonic has showed to be, among the living, (I still rank Jim Rohn very high), the best leader, mentor and educator I have meet so far in my short Direct Selling career.
