Wayne and Joyce have been married for 33 years, are both retired accountants. They, along with their daughter Stacy, moved to Florida from Wisconsin 15 years ago with plans to work at church, play golf, travel, and enjoy life in Florida.  Wayne had recently retired after 35 years at the IRS, where he met Joyce, who worked there for over 21 years.  After being blessed with their daughter, Joyce chose to give up her career and stay at home to raise Stacy. 

Shortly after arriving in Florida, Joyce & Wayne were introduced to Network Marketing by their new friends, Ken & Diana Burke and worked briefly together in a direct sales company, leading Joyce & Wayne to believe in the industry.
